An express walking tour means to enjoy the city in an special selection made for you to focus on the crème de la crème of the arquitecture, history, art and gossip of the past.

WHAT DO WE VISIT IN THIS TOUR?

For this Renacentist express walk we made a selection of the corners of the city that better reflect the heart and the soul of that artistical and cronological period.

The arquitecture of the buildings is a mirror of what was happening on the streets and in the Medici’s court. The begining of the itinerary is Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the firs example of a renaissence private palace; after we will walk to the Cathedral’s square to admire the masterpiece by Brunelleschi: The first renaissance dome of the world and an example and inspiration for the future gratest domes os the history… and other secrets. From here we will move towards the Plaza del Mercato Nuovo squre, revealing the items that appear in our path. In the square different surprises await us among them one of the most famous fountains in the world: The porcellino and its legend.

The last place we will visit together and where our visit will end is the Piazzale degli Uffizi, a great place built by the Medicis’ wish that would forever change the history and profile of the city.
